URGENT: PRAYERS NEEDED ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please take a moment and lift me up in prayers. I have just gotten off the phone with one of the physican's assitants at my surgeon's office! My hubby was checking to see if my charger for the battery in my back would find the battery and begin to charge. It hasn't happened yet and the remote is showing that the battery is going down. Anyways, he said, Honey, your incision doesn't look good today, it didn't look like this yesterday. Girls, it is so swollen that you can tell it from the back of my pjs!! That is how far it is sticking out!!! It pushes my pj top out!!!! OK, I am scared! I called the dr on call and he told me to call the office in the morning to be seen. It is not painful, just really swollen but it is not draining!! I am so afraid that my body is rejecting the battery implant, you know that can happen! I know I am thinking the worse and it is just an infection. I am not running a fever and like I said, nothing is draining, Hubby says that it looks red around a few of the staples but that it is just really swollen and doesn't look good to him!!! So, I am going to call in the morning. Pray that it will be ok and I will be ok! I am just so tired of all of this you know!!! I just want to be well and normal again!! I am so tired of whiney about being in pain!!! I want me back! I want do to the things I used to, I want to be a good wife again!!! There is so much I can't do anymore and it isn't fair to my hubby at all, he did not ask for this life and me the way that I am now! He is soo good to me and spoils me all the time! I do not know what I would do without him. It has not always been a bed of roses and we have had our share of fights and troubles but we decided a long time ago ,29 years ago, that we were in this together! We got married young, I had just turned 17 and he had just turned 18!! We were parents a short 7 months later after we got married in Oct of 82. Our parents said we would not make it! But make it we did. My marriage has lasted longer than all 3 of my Mother's and my fil passed away a few days shy of their 39 wedding anniversary! So, we are good! We took our vows seriously, for better or worse, in sickness and in health! And boy, have I been sick!!! If you can live without it-I don't have it LOL except tonsils LOL \ok nervous rambling here! The more nervous I am the more I talk! Pray ladies pray! I will update when I know something tomorrow. I was suppose to get the staples out on Friday!
Hugs

Lynn ... I will definitely continue to pray & add this new development. I don't know ... I think under the circumstances I'd consider going to the emergency room but surely the on-call dr knows what he's talking about. Try to relax (I know ... easier said than done) & call your dr's office first thing in the morning & insist on being seen. Who knows ... maybe it will even be better by morning. Again, I'm praying for you. Blessings, Shirlee

Try a warm cloth on the incision to help if there is an infection!
I'll be praying...and if you feel the need, go to the ER. You know YOU better than the Dr on call!

I am praying for you, dear Lynn. I know you are nervous about what's going on. I know I couldn't relax...I would probably go to the ER just to make sure it wasn't infected. The worry would drive me crazy. But that is what I would do...you know what's best in your situation, but it sure is discouraging to have to go through all this during the holidays. You have a wonderful husband...he sounds a lot like mine. {{{Hugs}}}

Lynn,
You will continue to be in my prayers. I'll repeat what Deb said. YOU know YOU - go to the ER if you feel you need to.

Lynn, you're definitely in my extended prayers now! I'm sending a prayer and good thoughts for strength and for you to be able to relax. Stress has a very negative effect on pain, illness, injury, etc.

Get some rest, even sleep if you can and call in the morning. If God brings you to it, He will see you through it.

Praying! And yes I agree with the others that say to go to the ER if you feel you need to. Don't let anything stop you.

Hon, better to be safe rather than sorry. Visit the ER and get an on sight opinion. I would use a warm cloth on it, too.
Please know I offer prayers for you often....
