Hi. I have a huge hematoma under the bottom inicision! That is what the knot is. The dr is hoping my body will just absorb the pool of blood that is there. Worse case is that it comes out the opening from the staples and causes a huge open wound! They don't want that to happen!! I am praying and believing that God will help my body to absorb that blood before my appt on the 4th of Jan. If not, they will have to do surgery so my battery will charge. She the charger is on the outside of my body and it is a magnet that finds the battery and then charges it. It can't find the battery thorough the blood and swollen skin. If it can't charge it is useful to me so they will have to move it so it can be charged. It is more than I can take right now! I am just a mess. They took the staples out and my upper incision is giving me a fit. I can't understand how this happened. As after surgery it was all black and blue and that has healed. I have not hit it or anything like it. but, I am trusting the dr,if it doesn't look better by Tuesday they said to call the office. I have a ton of stuff to do but at this point just don't give a hoot about it right now. We always go to the moutains and get our big tree. We decorate it on Christmas eve but I am not sure I want to that this year. We will decide tomorrow. Please keep me in your prayers.
Lynn

I'm so sorry. I wish I could give you a real hug instead of a virtual one. Please know that I'm praying for healing and strength. Your package arrived today. The girls were elated that you included them in our gift exchange. So many precious goodies.
Extra "hugs" tonight, Lynn.
Lynn,
You are at the top of my prayer list. Please take care of your self, please don't get down, everyone will understand if things are not quite the same this year.
Kendra
My prayers are still with you. Take care of yourself and if some traditions have to change because of the situation, everyone will understand. Your health is more important. Relax and enjoy your holiday. Your faith will carry you through.
Hugs, Ellie
Prayers going up for you Lynn that your body will correct itself. Please go easy on yourself and do enjoy the holiday as it only comes but once a year. Remember there is always so much to be thankful for even when we are down and dealing with things that are not so pleasant. Maybe that big ole tree from the mountaintop will lift your spirits some....
Blessings, Traci

Continuing to keep you in my prayers. Don't worry about decorating or cooking or presents or anything like that. Those are not the important things ... it's your health that matters. Blessings, Shirlee
sending all my positive karma your way........
Let go and let God take care of you....
Sending continued prayers and positive thoughts.
Maybe it might be a year to supervise the tree decorating? Sit back with a mug of cocoa and enjoy the people and the moment, even if not the actual placement of ornaments.
{{hugs}} Merry Christmas, Lynn. Find pleasure and joy in what you CAN do this year and relax; it's better for the stress!
It's hard enough to be discouraged about the pain and being slow to heal. That would depress anybody...but to add guilt about Christmas to the mix...I would be so overwhelmed! We...your blogging friends...are rooting for you. Please take it easy. {{{HUGS}}}...The biggest of hugs!
I hope things are better for you soon. Just take it easy and don't worry about trying to do everything. You need to just sit back and enjoy the season and let everyone else take care of things. Best wishes to you and your family!
~Linnea
