I am totally amazed at the generosity of my online scrapping family. Packages arrived almost daily with more items for the raffle or silent auction. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We will make a bunch of soldiers know that they are not forgotten this Christmas!!

Cropping for the Troops
The Foothills Chapter of the Blue Star Mothers is my home away from home. Supporting the troops is very important to me. Scrapbook Royalty is helping us with this event. So keep checking www.scrapbookroyalty.com for the website to register on. We only have room for 40 scrappers so it is going to go fast.
If you have anything that you would like to donate to raffle off, be part of the silent auction, cash for shipping of the care packages. It now cost 11.95 to ship a box to soldier; and that is the flat rate box from the post office. you can contact me at pls0818@aol.com . We are a 501(C) organization, so we can give you a receipt for ever you donate.

Hello
Hi everyone,
I am not really great at this blogging thing. I need to upload some of my scrapping projects and cards.
My friend, Nina, has just started a new blog called There is Magic in the air. She is working on some major surprises for us, but you need to go and check out the blog now. She has some major blog candy up for grabs if you follow the rules. I my confess that I am being selfish and I hope I win.
My life has been going a little sucky lately and I could use some good luck for a change!
For those that don't know me, I had my 3rd back surgery on 6/10/09. It did not go well, but that is the usual for me, I am like Eyeore, I have a black cloud over my head most days. I am walking without my walker but it is a unsteady walk and a little wobbly-looks like I have had too many Blue Hawians but I haven't LOL
Eric was home most of the month of June so that was great to have him here.We had a blast and he is getting back to a little more of his normal self each day. He is now at Ft. Bliss near El Paso TX and he loves it out there. He has already made him some friends. He is searching for an apartment but has not found one yet.
The Wienne Ranch is fine. Last week we had all 7 because I babysat the furgrandbabies while Dana went back to the beach. She brought me back some dachshund socks. They are super cute.
ok, be good and run over and check out Nina's new blog! There is Magic in the Air! This lady has more talent in her pinky finger than I do in my whole body. She is one of my favorite artist!

New challenge site to open on 6/1/09
The Next Level will not only be a fun and informative place to hang out for card crafters and scrapbookers of all levels, but it is hoped that it will also become a valuable source of information, hints and tips, tutorials, downloads and much more. We want to cover the craft of traditional card making but also add in a touch of digital, not too much to scare anyone away, but enough to explore the magical world out there at your fingertips for anyone wanting to venture.We would very much like you all to be part of this new venture and over the next two week countdown to launch day, we need your support in getting us off to a flying start.
